CRAPHOUSE PHILOSOPHY

CRAPHOUSE PHILOSOPHY is our latest series of talks responding to the differing philosophies of life found on the back of toilet-cubicle doors around campus.

TALK 1
Who gets to decide what is good?

TALK 2 How do we deal with the crap of life?

TALK 3 What will “the End” be like for humanity and what does it matter?

All talks will be in the Cellar Room at 1pm, Tues.

What Is God Talks?

What happens at God Talks? Each God Talks is dedicated to explaining Christianity by opening up the Bible and seeing what it has to say about God and the world we live in. At an average meeting you will sit around tables and listen to a short talk about Christianity, discuss issues raised by the talk, drink coffee and chat. There is plenty of opportunity to engage with what is being said, or if you prefer, you can just sit and listen.

Who’s it for? God Talks is aimed at Monash students who are not Christians but would like to know more.

Where is it? In the Cellar Room, every Tuesday from 1–2 pm. The Cellar Room is on the ground floor on the north side of the Campus Centre (facing the Lemon-Scented Lawn).

Can I bring my lunch? Sure! We also serve tea and coffee and have snacks at the tables.

We’d love to meet you there! :-)
